Mercor matches vetted professionals with paid, remote AI-training work — RLHF, model evaluation, frontier research, and AI agent-training tasks — for top AI labs and enterprises. Roles span software/coding-agent engineering, law, medicine, and the sciences, most paid on an hourly basis. Philippines is explicitly listed among Mercor's Stripe-supported payout countries, so PH-based experts can receive weekly payouts.
What you'll do
- Work on RLHF, model evaluation, frontier AI research, and AI agent-training projects for top AI labs and enterprises
- Example live roles span domains — ML Engineer, Data Engineer, DevOps/SRE, Cybersecurity Expert, Lawyer, and PhD-level Biology/Chemistry Expert — both coding-agent and domain-expert tracks
- Weekly payouts via Stripe Connect, processed by Wednesday PST
Requirements
- Minimum undergraduate-level expertise; most roles additionally require professional credentials (e.g. engineering, legal, medical, or PhD-level domain backgrounds)
- Work sessions are tracked via the Insightful desktop app, which takes periodic screenshots during work
- First payout has a 7-day Stripe holding period
