Junior Product Manager

About the role

Stratpoint’s AI Engineering team in Mandaluyong is hiring a Junior Product Manager to run the product lifecycle with a focus on LLMs and other AI. Hybrid / partially remote, full-time.

What you'll do

• Manage the entire product feature lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch iteration, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy and business objectives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance, regularly monitoring and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Oversee the successful delivery of product solutions, ensuring they meet defined requirements, quality standards, and are launched effectively to market.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Team to translate product requirements into technical specifications, facilitate development, and ensure timely and high-quality implementation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather requirements, communicate product updates, and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, understand user needs, and inform product roadmap decisions, particularly concerning Large Language Models (LLMs) and other areas of Artificial Intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or software/AI delivery within an IT or technology environment.
• Experience in Agile/Waterfall project management principles.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements, and/or coordinating or managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Asana, JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet, Draw.io, Figma, or FigJam.
• Familiarity with LLMs and other areas of AI.
