About the role
Hands-on AI Solutions Lead for Qualfon in Cebu, designing and deploying Gemini-based AI solutions across operations and back office for a major telecommunications client.
What you'll do
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases across operations and back office for a major telecommunications client.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions leveraging Gemini and approved platforms, from pilot to production.
- Analyze workflows to find automation and AI-augmentation opportunities and refine solutions from performance data.
- Define success metrics, track ROI, and build dashboards on AI impact and adoption.
- Partner with operations leaders to translate business needs into practical AI solutions and enable teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, automation, or digital transformation.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (Gemini, GPT, or similar).
- Proven experience deploying AI solutions in operational or business environments.
- Experience integrating AI into workflows, not only model development.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
