About the role
Conversational AI engineer for TTEC Digital in Manila working on Google/GECX and code agents. AI systems are the product, not a side tool.
What you'll do
- Build conversational AI and code-agent solutions on Google/GECX stacks.
- Design, test, and improve agent dialogs and tool-use flows.
- Integrate conversational systems with enterprise CX platforms.
- Support production rollout and iteration with TTEC Digital delivery teams.
Requirements
- Experience with conversational AI, dialog systems, or LLM agents.
- Familiarity with Google conversational / GECX tooling or equivalent.
- Software engineering skills sufficient to ship production agents.
- Eligible to work in the Philippines.
