About the role
Senior Cognigy / NICE conversational AI consultant based in Manila for TTEC Digital implementations.
What you'll do
- Lead Cognigy / NICE AI implementations for TTEC Digital clients.
- Design conversational flows, integrations, and production handoff.
- Advise client teams on conversational AI architecture and operations.
- Support testing, go-live, and post-launch optimization.
Requirements
- Senior experience implementing Cognigy, NICE, or comparable conversational AI platforms.
- Ability to consult with clients on design and delivery.
- Strong communication skills for Manila-based remote delivery.
- Eligible to work in the Philippines.
