Healthcare AI Trainer
About the role
Doctors and nurse practitioners can help train AI by reviewing its answers to medical scenarios for clinical accuracy and patient safety. It's about 40 hours over 4 weeks, fully remote contract work. What you'll do
- Review AI answers to medical and healthcare scenarios
- Use a structured rubric to check clinical accuracy, reasoning and patient safety
- Spot gaps, edge cases and unsafe recommendations
- Write clear feedback to improve the AI
- Work with researchers and project managers on evaluation standards
Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Medical Doctor (MD) qualification and active licensure
- 3+ years of clinical experience; medical administration or healthcare operations experience is preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and knowledge of healthcare workflows
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Prior AI annotation experience is a plus
- Selection: an AI interview of about 25 minutes, then an application review
