Small Business AI Trainer (Business Documents)
About the role
Small business owners, and people who understand how small businesses run, can help train AI by comparing chatbot answers to everyday business questions. You will need business documents in English to use as inputs. It is a 16 week project, fully remote contract work, with a set number of evaluation tasks. What you'll do
- Compare responses from several AI chatbots on small business scenarios to help train AI, with up to 5 turns per conversation
- Write realistic business prompts based on defined user goals
- Rate each response for clarity, usefulness and accuracy
- Give structured feedback and side by side evaluations
- Submit conversation transcripts and your evaluation results
- Use spreadsheets, PDFs and images as input files in your workflow
Requirements
- Business owner or strong understanding of small business operations
- Business related documents available in English
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines
- Comfortable interacting with AI tools
