AI Adoption and Enablement Lead
About the role
Ubiquity is hiring an internal AI consultant to sit with BPO teams, map high-impact AI use cases, and train people to use Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT on their real workflows.
What you'll do
- Partner with leaders and team members across Operations, QA, WFM, HR, and Training to map high-impact AI use cases
- Design and deliver hands-on, role-specific training on Google Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT
- Document successful AI implementations as internal case studies
- Sit with team members to test, build, and refine prompts and workflows until results are consistent
- Act as a go-to sounding board for anyone looking to experiment with AI
Requirements
- Strong practical experience using Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude (ChatGPT familiarity a plus)
- Understanding of how BPO operations work (Operations, QA, WFM, Client Success)
- Comfortable explaining tech concepts in plain language to frontline agents and directors
- Comfortable facilitating group workshops or 1-on-1 walkthroughs
- Proactive approach to spotting operational friction and solving it with AI tools
