Voice AI Setup Specialist
About the role
A UK specialist transport company serving NHS and private clients needs a freelancer to set up an after-hours AI phone receptionist in Retell AI and connect it to a UK Twilio number. The script is already written. Budget is a fixed 200 to 400 US dollars, about 15 to 25 hours over two weeks.
What you'll do
- Build the AI voice agent in Retell AI using the prepared prompt and knowledge sheet.
- Connect a UK Twilio phone number to Retell.
- Configure transfers to a human on-call number for urgent calls.
- Set up automatic call summaries to Microsoft Outlook email using Make.com or a Retell webhook.
- Advise on call-forwarding settings from the existing UK business line.
- Test with dummy calls, fix problems, and write a short handover document.
Requirements
- Proven experience building voice agents in Retell AI, Vapi, or Synthflow, with examples or a demo number.
- Experience with Twilio phone numbers and SIP or number import.
- Experience with Make.com or a Retell webhook.
