AI-Proficient Virtual Assistant
About the role
AI-native virtual assistant role: daily LLM, image, video, and automation work (Make/Zapier/n8n, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs). Not a traditional VA.
What you'll do
- Leverage AI tools daily for content creation, research, data analysis, scheduling, email, social, and admin work.
- Build and manage AI-driven automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, or Claude.
- Create written, visual, and video content with AI tools from draft to polish.
- Prompt engineer across multiple LLMs and manage AI chatbots and lead-generation funnels.
- Proactively discover, test, and implement new AI tools.
Requirements
- Real demonstrable experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar LLMs.
- Experience with AI image tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Flux, Canva AI) and AI video tools (Runway, Kling, HeyGen, CapCut AI).
- Experience building automations in Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Experience with AI voice/transcription tools such as ElevenLabs, Whisper, or Descript.
- This is not a traditional VA role — must already work AI-native, not manually.
