About the role
Remote AI operations assistant who researches tools, builds AI workflows, and writes SOPs. Programming is not required; n8n/Zapier/Claude experience is.
What you'll do
- Research, evaluate, and test new AI tools and features.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI automation.
- Build, maintain, and optimize AI workflows.
- Create SOPs and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to clearly explain things to people who are not technical.
- Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or automations.
- Experience with building AI workflows and automations.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Programming is not required.
