About the role
We’re looking for A+ Video Editors and AI Ad Creators who know how to create AI ads. The employer runs 3 digital e-commerce stores and wants a long-term creative team. Your job is to recreate provided references closely while adding creative improvements. There is a trial period before a full-time opportunity. What you'll be creating: AI Song VSL ads, AI animation ads, hyper-realistic AI ads, and AI UGC ads.
What you'll do
- Create AI ads for three digital e-commerce stores, including AI song VSL ads, animation ads, hyper-realistic AI ads, and AI UGC ads.
- Recreate provided references closely while adding creative improvements and small details.
- Complete an initial trial period that evaluates quality, speed, communication, and consistency.
- Build toward a full-time creative role on a long-term team.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience with Higgsfield AI.
- Strong direct-response video editing skills, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, retention, and conversion-driven editing.
- Ability to recreate reference videos accurately while improving them.
- Send a portfolio of your best AI ads, AI song VSLs, and performance creatives.
