About the role
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technician to research and implement cutting-edge AI technologies across all facets of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in AI/ML models, data processing, and automation.
What you'll do
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities for business-wide implementation.
- Deploy AI models and automation tools to improve processes across different departments.
- Integrate and optimize tools like Vic.ai for invoice automation, Dext for receipt management, Fathom or Jirav for cash flow forecasting, and 7shifts for labor optimization.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for AI applications across teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Experience with AI frameworks
- Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
