What you'll do

• High-Volume Concept Production: Deliver at least 3 distinct, fully polished ad concepts daily (approx. 2 minutes per video), including all revisions and iterations based on performance feedback.
• Ultra-Realistic AI UGC & Product Interaction: Create flawless AI characters and UGC creators that look, move, and speak with human realism. Execute complex interactions such as applying skincare/products, unboxing, wearing items, and handling objects with zero physical artifacts.
• Advanced AI Video & B-Roll Generation: Utilize state-of-the-art video models (Runway Gen-3/4, Kling, Luma) to produce cinematic, clean-lighting, texturally accurate b-roll and scene extensions that integrate invisibly into real-world footage.
• Character, Voice, & Lip-Sync Mastery: Direct and manage hyper-realistic AI talking heads, precise lip-syncing, emotional delivery, and nuanced accent distinction (British/American).
• End-to-End Post-Production: Handle scripting support, prompt engineering, compositing, upscaling (Topaz), sound design, colour grading, pacing, and final export delivery across Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Desktop.

Requirements

• You must already be a power user across most of the following tools:
• AI Video: Runway Gen-3 / Gen-4, Kling, Luma Dream Machine, LTX Studio, or equivalent advanced motion models.
• Voice / Character: HeyGen, ElevenLabs, D-ID, or custom pipeline equivalents.
• Image Generation: Midjourney v6+, Leonardo.ai, Stable Diffusion (ControlNet/IP-Adapter for product consistency).
• Editing Suite: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut Desktop.
