About the role

Independent assessment of an existing custom AI chief-of-staff platform — not a build. A senior architect / hands-on technical lead reviews architecture, GitHub quality, completeness, reusability, and whether another team could take it over. Client asks for a proposed fixed or capped budget; about 3–7 business days once access is available.

What you'll do

• Independently assess an existing custom AI chief-of-staff platform (not a development engagement).
• Evaluate overall system architecture and technical design.
• Review GitHub/code quality, maintainability, and technical debt.
• Determine what has actually been built, what is reusable, what is incomplete, and whether another competent team could take it over.
• Assess security posture as part of the audit.

Requirements

• Senior software architect / hands-on technical lead.
• Able to independently determine technical soundness of an existing AI platform.
• Comfortable reviewing GitHub, architecture, and security.
• Focused assessment of approximately 3–7 business days once access is available.
• Propose a fixed price or capped budget.
