Build an AI Recruiting & Candidate Sourcing Agent Platform

About the role

Staffing company wants an AI/full-stack developer to build an internal recruiting-agent platform: one sourcing agent per requisition that searches, scores, shortlists, and enriches candidates (People Data Labs first).

What you'll do

• Build an internal AI recruiting platform that launches one sourcing agent per job requisition
• Pipeline: job description → search → matching/scoring → shortlist → contact enrichment → recruiter approval
• Integrate People Data Labs (PDL) as the first search/enrichment API

Requirements

• AI/full-stack developer who can ship a production agent platform
• Experience with LLM agents plus search/enrichment APIs
• Can implement scoring, shortlists, and a recruiter approval step
