Senior Social Media AI Content Creator – Medical Spa, Wellness & Luxury Brands

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced, full-time Content Creator with a strong background in producing high-end social media content for medical spas, wellness brands, luxury businesses, beauty, aesthetics, and premium lifestyle clients. Advanced AI knowledge is required.

What you'll do

• Create complete weekly content packages for approximately 3–4 clients per day.
• Produce Instagram posts, Reels, Stories, TikTok, Facebook, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Generate AI images and AI video concepts that feel realistic, refined, and commercially usable.
• Understand each client's brand identity and produce content that does not look repetitive or templated.
• Follow U.S. Instagram, TikTok, beauty, wellness, and medical-aesthetic trends.
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Accept feedback and make revisions quickly across several accounts.

Requirements

• 9+ years of professional content creation experience
• Extensive experience creating content for medical spas, aesthetics, wellness, beauty, luxury, or premium brands
• Advanced AI image and video generation experience with tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, or similar
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end visual content
• Excellent understanding of American audiences and U.S. consumer behavior
• Ability to produce approximately one week of content for 3–4 different clients within a working day when required
• Candidates may be located in Europe or other locations if they can fully accommodate the Eastern Time schedule
