About the role

full-stack engineer for sales coaching software used in car dealerships. The product is a React and Node web app plus a mobile app that records real sales conversations, scores them, and assigns practice.

What you'll do

• Work across the React and Node web app, the mobile client, and the AI layer: transcription, scoring, retrieval, and roleplay generation.
• Build and own agent harnesses, including scaffolding, evals, and guardrails for agentic coding.
• Spin up agents to do real work and install workflows the rest of the team can use.
• Wire coding agents into CI and Slack so work moves without a human in the loop for every step.

Requirements

• Full-stack experience with React and Node, plus comfort with a mobile client.
• Experience with transcription, scoring, retrieval, or similar AI product layers.
• Able to build evals and guardrails for agent workflows.
• Contract engagement on Upwork.
