Senior Full-Stack Engineer & AI Agent Architect

About the role

A fintech team with a Django and Next.js codebase wants a senior engineer for a 90-day MVP and practical AI agents around coding, QA, and operations.

What you'll do

• Launch a secure, scalable MVP from the existing codebase.
• Build practical AI agent capabilities for development, QA, documentation, monitoring, and authorized operations.
• Integrate coordinated AI agents with GitHub and CI/CD for coding, testing, reviews and documentation.
• Add tool calling and orchestration with permissions, approval gates, logs, retries, and cost controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years strong Python, Django, Django REST Framework.
• TypeScript, Next.js, React; PostgreSQL and secure multi-tenant SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents using LLM APIs; confident with Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent.
• GitHub Actions, cloud deployment and security fundamentals.
