Developer Needed: Complete AI powered Medical Staffing Lead Sourcing & Outreach Platform

About the role

I'm looking for a senior AI automation developer to take over and complete an existing medical staffing lead-generation platform partially built with n8n, Apollo, Apify, Airtable, Instantly and OpenAI.

What you'll do

• Audit the existing medical staffing lead-generation build and fix or rebuild what is necessary.
• Complete integrations across n8n, Apollo, Apify, Airtable, Instantly, and OpenAI.
• Make the full Source → Verify → Enrich → Personalize → Outreach → AI Reply Handling → Schedule → CRM system operational.
• Take technical ownership of the entire AI automation platform.

Requirements

• Strong experience with n8n, APIs/webhooks, AI automation, Airtable, lead generation, email automation, and CRM integrations
• This is NOT a beginner n8n project — capable of taking technical ownership of the entire system
• 2–3 examples of similar systems you've built
• Experience with n8n/APIs/Apollo/Apify/Instantly
