About the role

Build a reusable n8n or Make template plus AI voice so each UK marquee-hire client gets its own phone, email, and WhatsApp assistant.

What you'll do

• Build a reusable multi-client AI assistant for phone, email, and WhatsApp using n8n or Make plus AI voice.
• Give each client separate settings for name, tone, FAQs, price list, phone forwarding, email, WhatsApp, and a lead log.
• Make adding a client a settings-sheet task of an hour or two, with that client's data kept separate.
• Have the assistant collect event details, suggest a marquee size and rough price, and answer common questions.

Requirements

• Ship a template the owner can copy per client without new development.
• Cover phone forwarding, the firm's own email inbox, and WhatsApp Business.
• Keep each client's data separate.
