AI Enablement & Adoption Manager

About the role

Identify, pilot, and embed practical AI solutions into Vertiv business processes — use-case delivery, training, and lightweight guardrails, partnering with Sales Ops, Transformation, and IT.

What you'll do

• Identify high-impact, low-complexity AI use cases across functions
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI-enabled tools and workflows
• Deliver practical training and act as an internal advisor on effective AI usage
• Establish lightweight AI usage guidelines and document reusable playbooks
• Partner with Sales Operations, Business Transformation, and IT on the AI roadmap

Requirements

• At least 10 years total work experience, including 3 years in AI deployment, enablement, and adoption
• Practical experience with generative AI tools (LLMs, AI copilots)
• Strong prompt engineering and workflow design skills
• Experience using no-code / low-code automation platforms
• Ability to integrate AI tools with existing systems (CRM, reporting, ticketing)
