AI Automation Engineer (Agents & Integrations)

About the role

Full-time AI automation engineer building LLM agents and integrations across FieldRoutes, HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace for a multi-state pest-control company.

What you'll do

• Design and ship AI agents and workflow automations using OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, webhooks, and REST.
• Connect FieldRoutes, HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace into end-to-end systems.
• Own error handling, monitoring, documentation, and iteration on live builds.
• Work the 13-silo roadmap covering scheduling, leads, AR, KPI reporting, and fleet.

Requirements

• 3+ years in software or automation with strong Python or Node.js.
• Proven API integration experience; n8n, Make, or custom-coded pipelines.
• Clear written English and 4+ hours overlap with US Eastern.
• A problem-solver who diagnoses and tests before asking for help.
