AI Content & Social Media Marketing Coordinator

About the role

VLARI advisory firm hiring a full-time coordinator to produce and distribute content, including videos made with the founder’s approved AI presenter / digital twin (HeyGen, Higgsfield, Seedance).

What you'll do

• Maintain the content calendar and produce content from approved scripts and recordings.
• Create videos using approved AI presenter, avatar, image, and voice tools.
• Edit short-form and long-form video and repurpose one core piece across platforms.
• Schedule, publish, and verify content; track leads, appointments, and clients.
• After training, produce videos with the founder’s approved digital twin.

Requirements

• Comfortable learning new AI presenter and video-production systems.
• Can take one approved message and turn it into many platform-native pieces.
• Organized file and version control.
• Experience with every tool is not required.
