AI Enablement Manager
About the role
The AI Enablement Manager helps enterprise customers turn AI from a product capability into measurable business outcomes. You will take end-to-end ownership of AI solution delivery, from understanding customer needs and designing solutions to implementation, go-live, performance monitoring, optimisation, and value realisation.
What you'll do
- Lead projects from discovery and requirements analysis through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, performance monitoring, and continuous optimisation.
- Work directly with customers to clarify workflows, pain points, success metrics, and operational challenges, then translate ambiguous needs into structured AI use cases and action plans.
- Use the WIZ.AI platform to design, configure, test, and launch AI Talkbot solutions, including conversation flows, prompts, rules, logic, escalation paths, test cases, and performance checks.
- Monitor performance after go-live, identify issues, collect feedback, and improve solutions until customers achieve measurable value.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues, manage dependencies, and keep delivery moving.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in enterprise software, SaaS, solution delivery, implementation, consulting, customer success, project management, business analysis, or digital transformation.
- Demonstrated experience owning customer-facing projects end to end, from discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, go-live, and post-launch optimisation.
- Experience independently managing project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interest in and working knowledge of AI, automation, and how technology can solve real business problems.
