What you'll do

• Build a production-quality, reusable AI voice MVP for plumbing after-hours and missed-call recovery.
• Have the system receive calls on the company's existing public number, interact with callers, and qualify opportunities.
• Follow approved urgency/escalation rules, schedule appointments, and transfer designated calls to a human.
• Send approved confirmations and record the interaction in a CRM (HighLevel).
• Use Retell AI (or equivalent) for the voice automation layer.

Requirements

• Already built and deployed working AI voice systems — not a research project.
• Expert at AI voice automation and CRM integration.
• Experience with Retell AI and HighLevel (or equivalent).
• Able to deliver one production-quality reusable MVP.
