AI Solutions Architect

About the role

Own end-to-end architecture for WTW AI solutions — Azure pro-code, Power Platform, and agentic RAG — with Taguig listed among the workplaces. For a solutions architect who has shipped production RAG and can govern AI delivery.

What you'll do

• Translate internal-client use cases into scoped AI MVPs and architecture artefacts
• Design Azure, Power Platform, and agentic RAG architectures including LangGraph and MCP
• Modernize existing LangChain/OpenAI pipelines toward observable production systems
• Enable engineers via reviews, reference architectures, and AI eval/observability

Requirements

• 7+ years solution or cloud architecture; Azure AI stack preferred (OpenAI, AI Foundry, AKS, AI Search)
• Production RAG (hybrid search, re-ranking, graphRAG) and LangChain/LangGraph agent patterns
• Power Platform architecture (Power Apps, Automate, Copilot Studio) is expected
• Responsible-AI guardrails and evaluation frameworks (Promptflow, LangSmith, ragas or equivalent)
