Already a VA? Browse the roles and pick a client. New to the work? The path under the roles starts with training, then you apply.
Browse first.
Two starts. People who already do the work go to the roles. People who are new go to training, then come back to apply.
Browse VA roles
You want a client. Open the paid roles, then the lane that matches the work you already do.
See the rolesStart with training
You want to know where to begin. Learn the work, take the training, then apply for a role.
Where to startGet VA alerts
A lane with nothing live stays on the page. Alert me turns on the weekly roles email.
Get alertsFeatured roles
The path for getting a client. Three paid roles, in this order. The rate here is the rate on the posting.
Browse by lane
A count is live roles in that lane. Zero stays on the page as Alert me.
Where to start
No client yet, and maybe no VA experience. Four steps. Training is the one you do before you apply.
See what the job is
A virtual assistant here works for a named employer. Read a live posting so you know the day before you train for it.
Notice the skills they ask for
Tools, writing, and how you run a calendar show up on the posts. That list is what the training has to cover.
Train before you apply
If you have not done this work, do the training first. The partner slot below is that step. The words around it are still placeholders.
Then come back and apply
When you can do the work on the posting, return to the roles above. The board is the same one experienced VAs use to find a client.
Pearl AI+
The training step for people who are new. Pearl AI+ is a partner programme. What it covers, and what it costs, is on their page. How we introduce it on this campaign is not locked yet.
Open the trainingWhen a lane is empty
Alert me uses the weekly job alerts on your AI Alerts account. Sign in first. This page does not collect a new address, and it does not send mail.
Before you apply
Do I pay to look or to apply?
No. AI Alerts does not charge you to browse a role or to go to the employer’s application.
Why do some lanes say Alert me?
Nothing in that lane is live. The lane stays so you can turn on weekly job alerts. It is the same alerts switch used elsewhere on AI Alerts, not a new list.
What happens if a featured role closes?
That row leaves this page. We do not fill the gap with a different role.
Who is hiring?
The employer named on the posting. AI Alerts lists the role. We do not employ you and we do not pay you.
I already work as a VA. Where do I go?
Browse the featured roles. That path is for getting a client. Training is optional if you already do the work.
I’ve never been a VA. Where do I start?
Start under the roles. The steps end in training with Pearl AI+. Apply after that. You can still read the live roles while you train.
