AI & Automation Virtual Assistant

About the role

Remote AI & Automation Virtual Assistant supporting clients with AI tools, prompts, and workflow automations. Rate $8–$12/hour depending on experience.

What you'll do

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI platforms
• Create and improve AI prompts and workflows
• Assist clients with AI-related tasks and projects
• Build and manage automations using Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools
• Assist with AI agents, chatbots, and integrations
• Work with APIs and connect different tools and platforms
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be improved or automated

Requirements

• Previous experience as a VA, AI Specialist, or Automation Specialist
• Strong experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
• Experience with AI prompting and workflow automation
• Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of APIs and software integrations
• Experience with AI agents, chatbots, or OpenAI APIs is a plus
• A video introduction is required
