Full Stack Engineer (Specialist - AI Engineering)

About the role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer (Specialist - AI Engineering) who enjoys learning and values teamwork. If you’re good at developing, deploying, and optimizing AI and machine learning solutions that support AMS’s digital strategy, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What you'll do

• Design, build, evaluate, and deploy LLM & Machine Learning solutions such as RAG, Chat assistants, autonomous agents
• Support end‑to‑end AI development workflows: data preparation, feature engineering, model selection, training, tuning, and evaluation.
• Develop and integrate AI capabilities—including inference services, telemetry loops, and knowledge‑based retrieval—into production environments.
• Maintain experimentation tracking, model versioning, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Given the role, qualified candidate should have a good grasp of AI Principles and Generative AI, as this is what the team does (rather than Machine Learning).
• Candidate also need to have familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based AI systems.
• Systems used are in C# and .Net so familiarity in these languages, as well as MS Azure (cloud) is a must. Engineer - AI Solutions
• Candidate also need to have full understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and service orchestration patterns
• Experience building adaptive systems using feedback loops and telemetry.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time data streaming (Databricks, Snowflake a plus)
• Someone self-starter, had worked on small organization or start-up companies.
• Must have C3, .NET, and Azure experience
