About the role

Ameni is an Australian provider of Smart AI Vending Coolers hiring a Technical Support and Onboarding Specialist, remote in the Philippines, on Sydney business hours.

What you'll do

• Onboard new operators, distributors and customers.
• Create and configure customer and operator accounts.
• Assist with machine activation and initial setup.
• Guide customers through the management platform and configure products, pricing, and user access.
• Provide Level 1 technical support and escalate more complex matters to engineering.

Requirements

• Strong technical logic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to methodically diagnose problems.
• This is not a software-development role.
• Previous vending-machine industry experience is highly regarded.
• Able to work Sydney business hours from the Philippines.
