About the role

An Upwork client wants a lead who builds AI lead-generation workflows and voice and chat agents, including Claude skills, with humans approving outreach before it sends.

What you'll do

• Build an AI-assisted lead engine: prospecting, enrichment, scoring, and outreach drafts that a human approves.
• Stand up internal agents for repetitive recruiting, operations, and sales work.
• Ship customer-facing voice and chat agents for intake and follow-up, connected to the CRM.
• Add Claude skills and train the team to run the workflows.
• Report replies, meetings booked, and cost per lead.

• Can own the build with little supervision.
