AI Operations Lead — Full-Time, Remote

About the role

We're a group of four companies, and we're hiring one exceptional person to run operations across all of them with AI tools.

What you'll do

• You will build and operate the systems that enable each company to run efficiently; you will not replace the functional managers or assume responsibility for their people management.
• You'll work closely with our Chief of Staff; she builds the structures, systems, and trusted ground operations; you bring AI-powered execution, optimization, and intelligence.
• Build before you automate: You don't automate broken processes.
• Every system you build must improve revenue, speed, accuracy, cost, visibility, or operational capacity.

Requirements

• You understand where human judgment, client relationships, management decisions, and executive judgment must remain human.
• You must use approved tools, follow company data-handling rules, and never upload confidential information into an AI platform without authorization.
• Full-time, remote, Philippines.
• Able to operate across BPO, remote staffing, and media companies.
