AI Automation & Business Process Specialist – Copilot / Lawmatics / Law Firm Systems

About the role

California law firm wants an AI automation specialist to map processes and build Copilot Studio / Microsoft 365 / Lawmatics workflows designed for AI agents.

What you'll do

• Extract business rules from owner/team knowledge and map workflows.
• Automate appropriate portions of law-firm operations.
• Structure data and processes so AI agents can monitor and participate.
• Build in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
• Connect APIs, webhooks, connectors, and MCP concepts.
• Prefer Lawmatics CRM/workflow automation experience.

Requirements

• Strong Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio experience.
• Microsoft 365 / SharePoint.
• APIs, webhooks, MCP, and connectors.
• Business process mapping.
• Lawmatics experience strongly preferred.
• Not a VA or basic SOP-writing seat — you turn rules into a functioning system.
