AI & Automation Virtual Assistant
About the role
Hong Kong-based remote team wants a trainable AI & Automation VA: recurring ops plus ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini research, simple automations, and SOPs.
What you'll do
- Complete assigned recurring and operational tasks accurately and on time.
- Use AI tools to support research, documentation, data processing, and daily execution.
- Assist with building, testing, and maintaining simple automations and workflows.
- Research new AI tools and automation opportunities.
- Create documentation and SOPs for tools and automated processes.
- Update ClickUp, spreadsheets, databases, and other company systems.
Requirements
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and technology.
- Regular experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
- Comfortable learning new software without extensive training.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, structured data, and online systems.
- Experience with ClickUp, Make, Zapier, or n8n is an advantage.
