About the role
Askable pays engineers to turn a real code change into a task that current AI coding models fail, used to measure and train those models.
What you'll do
- Turn a real repository change into a task that current AI coding models struggle with.
- Keep the task hard for the models and fair for a skilled engineer.
- The tasks are used to measure and train AI coding models.
- Minimum of one task a week, about 10 hours a week, and you can do more.
Requirements
- Experienced software engineer who knows a codebase well enough to pick a real change.
- Short screener interview and a resume upload.
- Remote, any location. Pay is US$1,000 per task that passes review.
