AI Automation Developer
About the role
Axtra runs urban axe throwing and axe making in Zurich and wants a developer to make its Claude-based reservation assistant, reports, and Google Sheets automations reliable enough to package for other businesses.
What you'll do
- Make Sara, the Claude reservation assistant, answer customer emails in German and English using the real prices and rules.
- Have Sara order pizzas for groups from the pizza supplier and check bookings against the coaching rota.
- Have Sara draft replies to Google and TripAdvisor reviews.
- Document the existing Claude, Google Sheets, and automation setup so someone else can run it.
- Help turn the working back office into a package other experience businesses could use.
Requirements
- Real, shipped work with Claude: Projects, connectors/MCP, Claude Code, or the API.
- Experience with Google Workspace, REST APIs and webhooks, and at least one of Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- At least 3 hours a day of overlap with Swiss business hours (CET/CEST).
- Application must start with a video link, then a CV or portfolio, a monthly rate in USD, and available hours.
