• Lead and manage a team of engineers across frontend, backend and full stack development.
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas on the AI Payments App.
• Set a high engineering bar while keeping the team focused on delivering real customer and business outcomes.
• Ensure the team ships quickly without compromising reliability and technical quality.

• Technical / engineering leadership interview.
