About the role
A Boston-area property management company wants a part-time developer who writes code that calls the Claude API, not someone who only prompts a chat window. The first builds include transcript-to-SOP tools, public-record pipelines, and Claude-assisted bookkeeping review.
What you'll do
- Build a tool that turns Fireflies meeting transcripts into structured action items and SOPs linked back to source lines.
- Build a pipeline that parses public probate filings and property records into Google Sheets, flagging low-confidence fields.
- Set up Claude-assisted review of QuickBooks transactions and bank feeds as suggestions, never auto-posting.
- Build automations across Gmail, ClickUp, and Google Sheets that remove repetitive admin work.
Requirements
- Write code that calls the Claude API rather than only prompting a chat window.
- Clear written English, including written updates and plain explanations of tradeoffs.
- Able to describe one thing built with an LLM API, including what broke and how it was fixed.
