Business & Management AI Trainer
About the role
Meridial, powered by Invisible Technologies, is hiring freelance AI trainers with business and management expertise to challenge and evaluate advanced language models on strategy, operations, and decision-making. You'll probe AI systems with business case scenarios, document failure modes, and provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning. Fully remote, worldwide — Philippines eligible.
What you'll do
- Engage advanced AI language models with business scenarios, analytical questions, and strategy-based exercises to expose reasoning gaps.
- Evaluate logical consistency and real-world applicability of AI responses on topics including case analysis, decision-making frameworks, and market positioning.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes in structured formats.
- Provide feedback on prompts and evaluation frameworks to improve AI model quality.
- Help identify where AI oversimplifies business processes or misunderstands organizational dynamics.
Requirements
- Background in business administration, management, economics, entrepreneurship, or related field preferred; foundational knowledge with strong problem-solving also considered.
- Experience in business operations, startups, corporate environments, consulting, or project coordination is valuable.
- Native or professional-level fluency in English.
- Ability to articulate reasoning explicitly and metacognitively ('showing your work').
- Must be a freelancer or contractor; must supply a secure computer and high-speed internet.
