AI Automation & Operations VA / Technical VA

About the role

Capital Revenue Systems needs a technical VA who can pick AI/automation tools, stand up CRM and lead systems, and explain them in plain English so the owner can launch.

What you'll do

• Research and recommend the best AI tools and software for the business
• Set up business software, accounts, and the CRM
• Build lead-capture, lead-management, and automated follow-up systems
• Explain the systems to a non-technical owner in simple terms

Requirements

• Understand AI, automation, business software, CRM systems, integrations, and online operations
• This is NOT a basic virtual assistant position
• Able to take ownership of the technical and operational side ASAP
• Philippines remote; $5–$6 USD per hour
