About the role

Contract to connect ad, form, and messaging leads into an existing CRM with n8n, qualify those leads with AI, and add automated follow-ups. The client does not want a CRM built from scratch.

What you'll do

• Capture leads from ads, landing pages, website forms, and messaging channels.
• Build n8n workflows to connect the different platforms.
• Qualify and route leads with AI.
• Integrate with an existing CRM to store and track leads.
• Add automated email follow-ups and customer notifications.
• Test the workflow, handle errors, and write basic documentation.

Requirements

• Portfolio projects involving n8n, AI automation, lead generation, or CRM integrations.
• Able to explain what was built and how this project would be approached.
• The client wants the existing tools integrated, not a CRM built from scratch.
