Project Coordinator (AI & LLM Operations)

About the role

Thoth AI needs a project coordinator to run large LLM and AI data-annotation projects from launch through closeout. The coordinator builds schedules, assigns work, tracks throughput and SLAs, and flags delays for the delivery leads.

What you'll do

• Coordinate LLM and AI data annotation projects from launch through closeout.
• Help build project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and milestone trackers.
• Manage task assignments, staffing, and resource allocation as volumes change.
• Facilitate onboarding, project transitions, launches, and client ramp-ups.
• Track daily throughput, productivity, accuracy, and SLA targets.
• Maintain project trackers and operational dashboards, and escalate risks with mitigation recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience as an operational lead or project support specialist in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Skill with stakeholder management across project managers, team leaders, quality analysts, and clients.
• Ability to use operational data to spot bottlenecks and solve delivery problems.
• Comfort with project trackers, schedules, and productivity or quality reporting.
