AI Experience Officer
About the role
China Bank is hiring an AI Experience Officer in Makati to improve how employees and customers interact with AI-powered solutions. The role gathers user feedback, supports implementation, and drives adoption of AI products.
What you'll do
- Help design and improve user experiences for AI-driven solutions and initiatives
- Gather and analyze user feedback, usage data, and behavioral insights
- Participate in user research and usability reviews for AI tools and platforms
- Support implementation and rollout of new AI solutions
- Help define experience guidelines and success measures for AI solutions
- Support change management, training, and communication to drive adoption
Requirements
- Passion for improving how people interact with technology
- Comfort working with business teams, users, and technology partners on AI solutions
- Ability to gather insights and turn them into experience improvements
- Based in Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines
