About the role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience in C/C++, JavaScript, and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions, ensuring seamless user experiences, and staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C/C++ and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them effectively.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to operations and activities.
- Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, preferably from the University of the Philippines, but graduates from other reputable universities are also encouraged to apply.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in C/C++.
- Relevant certifications in software development, or related fields are advantageous.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of software development principles and UI/UX design.
- Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exhibits the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Shows a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry advancements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
