Sales Development Representative (SDR)
About the role
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced SDR to join our client’s go-to-market team. Your job will be to spark the first conversations with prospects, qualify interest, and book high-quality meetings for our client’s consultancy leads. This is a key role for a self-starter who thrives in a tech-savvy environment and wants to grow fast in the world of B2B tech or data sales.
What you'll do
- Research, identify, and engage potential B2B clients using LinkedIn, cold email, phone outreach, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Book discovery calls and appointments with decision-makers (e.g., Head of Data, CTOs, COOs)
- Craft personalized, persuasive outbound messaging aligned with target personas and ICPs
- Conduct market research to discover new verticals, industries, and lead opportunities
- Manage follow-ups, respond to inquiries, and handle early-stage objections
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Apollo, HubSpot, or similar)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach sequences and content
- Record Loom videos or join live calls when needed to enhance lead engagement
- Provide weekly performance updates and insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
- Meet or exceed lead generation KPIs and booked meeting targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience
- Based in the Philippines, with a professional home office and strong internet connection
- Proven success in booking meetings and handling top-of-funnel outreach with minimal supervision
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, and email outreach tools
- Strong command of written and spoken English — persuasive and engaging communicator
- Confident and presentable for video-based introductions or async walkthroughs
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning about Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and analytics services
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and KPI-driven
- Background in BPO, outsourcing, or data/tech services is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
