Senior AI Solutions Architect - Remote Dayshift
About the role
This is a hands-on AI-native technical lead who designs CRM/BI architecture and ships LLM and agentic workflows. The role bridges architecture and implementation: solution design, code delivery, review of AI-generated code, and the hiring bar for future developers.
What you'll do
- Contribute to CRM and BI product architecture and the technical roadmap
- Translate product requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and review AI-generated code before production
- Protect multi-tenant architecture including tenant isolation, RBAC, data security, and auditability
- Define coding standards, architecture decision records, and AI development workflows
- Help interview and assess future AI developers and QA automation resources
Requirements
- Senior full-stack software engineering background
- Strong relational database design and data modelling experience, including complex entity relationships and query performance
- Strong understanding of CRM-style data models and metadata-driven structures
- Strong understanding of tenant-scoped data access and multi-tenant leakage risks
- Strong understanding of AI and LLM application architecture, not only AI-assisted coding
- Experience or strong working knowledge of agentic workflows, tool calling, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, structured outputs, and AI guardrails
