Independent contractor role turning product vision, customer feedback, and roadmap priorities into delivery-ready work packages for an AI-first product team. NZ hours and holidays.

What you'll do

• Turn product vision, customer feedback, and roadmap priorities into delivery-ready work packages for an AI-first product team.
• Support product planning and sprint preparation; convert product ideas into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate sprint goals, release scope, and delivery status with leadership, developers, QA, and customer-facing teams.
• Maintain delivery documentation; prepare release notes and internal enablement material.
• Help ensure work is ready for AI-assisted development; track delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Support weekly sprint cadence and release governance.

Requirements

• Product operations, product management, business analysis, or project delivery experience.
• Experience working with software development teams.
• Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of SaaS product delivery.
• Comfortable working in an AI-first environment.
