GoHighLevel + AI Automation Expert – GHL, n8n, ChatGPT & Claude

About the role

EasyDrive Finance needs an expert-level GoHighLevel and automation specialist to audit, improve, and expand an existing GHL system using n8n, APIs, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, and AI agents.

What you'll do

• Audit the existing GHL system and identify problems, inefficiencies, and opportunities
• Improve existing workflows, pipelines, lead routing, follow-ups, and automations
• Use n8n, APIs, webhooks, AI, or other tools when GHL alone is not the best solution
• Explore practical ways to integrate ChatGPT/OpenAI and Claude into operations
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for lead management, sales, customer communication, reporting, and internal operations
• Test and QA everything you build and monitor automations as the business evolves
• Proactively bring new ideas instead of waiting to be told what to build

Requirements

• Advanced experience with GHL workflows, pipelines, opportunities, custom fields, webhooks, APIs, calendars, attribution, and automation logic
• Strong experience with n8n and AI/LLM integrations is highly preferred
• This is an expert-level role — not looking for someone who needs tutorials or step-by-step instructions
• Able to independently audit a system, diagnose problems, recommend solutions, build them, and test them
• Comfortable researching and implementing new technology when it can improve the system
