AI Quality & Evaluation Specialist

About the role

Element Ops is hiring someone to review AI-generated security alerts and feed corrections back so the system gets more accurate.

What you'll do

• Review AI-generated alerts, messages, and actions to determine whether they are correct and supported by the available information.
• Document why an AI-generated action was incorrect and provide actionable feedback.
• Evaluate correct AI outputs to identify successful decisions and keep quality standards consistent.
• Maintain records of evaluations, error classifications, and feedback in internal tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Quality Assurance, Data Review, Process Improvement, Customer Support, or a related field.
• Apply critical thinking when reviewing AI-generated alerts and actions.
